A New Yorker at heart, Jessica “tells it like it is” and prides herself on getting consumers to do the same. As a skilled planner, moderator and facilitator, she prides herself on deep‑diving into the consumer reality and surfacing with real and actionable insights. Jessica is a RIVA‑trained moderator who leads focus groups and consumer interviews by quickly establishing rapport with respondents and pushing them to deliver the truth.

Her background includes over 10 years in marketing research, but Jessica feels that she uses her anthropology degree every single day; pushing herself to observe, listen and find the story behind people’s words and actions. Beyond qualitative research, Jessica is also an expert in the design and analysis of quantitative research across a wide range of categories. She has worked extensively with clients such as Circuit City, JPMorgan Chase, Procter and Gamble, Verizon, General Motors, and Alcoa-Reynolds.

Jessica focuses on using a range of research tools to jumpstart new, creative ideas that move brands towards superior consumer awareness and perceptions. A working mother of two, avid runner and yogi, she believes that free time is overrated.
